How can I make my Grandmother my legal guardian?
I am 18 and need a guardian to go to school in FL my moms(a widow) not going to pay for it and my grandmother will. How can I make my grandmother my legal guardian
I have to be a dependent because I do not provide 51% of my legal support. I am a full time student and my grandmother pays for my education.
At 18, what would require you to HAVE a legal guardian? At 18, you are a legal adult, unless you are incapacitated, or unable to make decisions for yourself, you won’t have nor need a guardian.
A little more detail please.
